Encompass Fraud Service

First American Fraud – CreditReportDate Logic Update

Logic for Sending CreditReportDate for the first borrower has been updated with this release. Prior to this release, only CreditReportDate was mapped from field ID DISCLOSURE.X11 for borrower and field ID DISCLOSURE.X12 for co-borrower. With this release, logic for the first borrower has been updated as follows: (logic for others borrowers unchanged)

  • If there is a Date in both field IDs DISCLOSURE.X11 and 2336, send date in field ID DISCLOSURE.X11 to CreditReportDate

  • If there is a Date in field ID DISCLOSURE.X11 and no date present in field ID 2336, send date in field ID DISCLOSURE.X11 to CreditReportDate

  • If there is no date in field ID DISLCOSURE.X11 and a date is present in field ID 2336, send date in field ID 2336 to CreditReportDate
