TQL Services 22.1 April Critical Patch: Fixed Issues
This section describes the issues fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure TQL Services is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Mortgage Insurance Service
Prior to this release, when a TQL MI order was placed with Genworth/Enact MI service, and MI fees were imported, the MI Company Name Type field (field ID ULDD.X134) was incorrectly updated to Enact. This has been fixed so that the MI Company Name Type field (field ID ULDD.X134) is now updated with the value Genworth.
For the MI Company Name Type field (field ID ULDD.X134), field value Genworth will be updated to Enact with the Encompass 22.2 Major Release.
TQL-35170
Encompass Fraud Service Service
When the following declaration foreclosure fields J, K, L were updated, and Fraud Service was ordered, foreclosure indicator data was not included in the XML file submitted to DataVerify:

To fix the issue, mapping logic has been updated such that:

If the answer for questions J, K, or L have a YES, then send 'Y' to xpath /DRIVERequest/BatchRequest/Loan/Borrower/PropertyForeclosedPastSevenYearsIndicator

If all values are blank/not answered then send a null value

If the answer for questions J, K, or L do not contain a YES, but there is a No in any of these fields then send 'N' to xpath /DRIVERequest/BatchRequest/Loan/Borrower/PropertyForeclosedPastSevenYearsIndicator
