TQL Services 21.4 December Critical Patch: Fixed Issues
This section describes the issues fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure TQL Services is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Encompass Flood Service
The following issues have been fixed for loans with existing Flood Service orders in Completed or Pending status:

New order could not be placed, and an error message was displayed. This has been fixed so that the error message is no longer displayed, and you can now place new orders successfully.

Clicking the Refresh icon in the CoreLogic Flood Service window (Order History/Status tab) displayed another error message.

To fix the issue, functionality of the Refresh icon has been updated so that the above error message is no longer displayed, and no change is made to the order status.

If you attempt to Cancel or Update a missing/corrupt order from the order window, the following message is now displayed:

CoreLogic could not locate order <number>. This order cannot be canceled or updated.
