What's in This Release

Highlights of this release include the following:

• Web Version of Encompass: The following Underwriting Center updates are included with this release:

  • One-Click Ordering Updates: New DU + LPA, DU, and LPA buttons now available to support One-Click Ordering for Dual AUS, DU, and LPA

  • New Make Primary Button: To identify your primary order so you can continue placing subsequent orders (with the same or different AUS) without interrupting your workflow

  • New Compare Prior Submission button: To select up to four earlier orders for the same AUS and compare their results
  • DU Missing Fields Notification: When submitting loans with DU-supported fields missing to Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter, a Desktop Underwriting Validation Issues window displays, listing missing field IDs and additional information on the missing fields

• Freddie Mac Services:

  • Freddie Mac Loan Assignment: Freddie Mac is retiring their Correspondent Assignment Center (CAC) in the future. To support this upcoming change, all references to Freddie Mac CAC have been renamed to Freddie Mac Loan Assignment.

  • Loan Product Advisor: Updated Freddie Mac’s Loan Product Advisor Request window to support loan release within Encompass and reassign edit capabilities on the loan

  • ULAD Mapping Updates: 

    • Encompass LOANGUID now included in the export file

    • Loan Product Advisor: Creditinfile no longer supported and hence not included in the export

• ULDD: Export updates for:

  • PriceLockDatetime

  • MICompanyNameTypeOtherDescription

• Encompass Developer Connect: PartyRoleName added to Loan Assignment API
