Highlights of this release include the following:

• ULAD: Fannie Mae DU 1.8.2 and Freddie Mac LPA v5.1 mapping updates

• HMDA Export: Credit Scoring Model logic update to support new enumeration

• Fannie Mae Services Desktop Underwriter: New Credit Services provider

• Freddie Mac Services:

  • LPA Batch: Updated Credit Reference number logic, email notification interval

  • Loan Quality Advisor: New stylesheets

  • Loan Product Advisor: Processing Point (field ID CASASRN.X107) no longer a mandatory field for URLA loan submissions

• New Credit Types: Updated credit values/enumerations to support Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac values

• FHA Catalyst: Support for FHA Catalyst as an Underwriting Service provider on both Encompass and Encompass LO Connect for URLA 2020 loans [Pilot program - available to customers in a future release]
