What's in This Release
- ULAD/New URLA updates for Freddie Mac LPA:
- Mandatory fields: Property Type field (field ID CASASRN.X14) is no longer a mandatory field for new URLA loan submissions to Freddie Mac LPA
- Rep & Warrant Tracker: Newly added VOI & VOE fields in the Rep and Warrant Tracker tool now updated with LPA findings
- Encompass Reporting Database Field: New Freddie Mac Appraisal Hybrid field (field ID CASASRN.X205) now updated with message codes and text returned with LPA orders to track loan eligibility for appraisal hybrid program
- Enhanced Error Responses: Error messages displayed in the Status node for easier access and visibility
