What's in This Release

  • ULAD/New URLA fixes for:
    • Fannie Mae DO and Early Check, Freddie Mac LPA: Error messages describing the issue and reason for cancellation are now displayed if loan submissions are canceled. Acknowledging error message saves the loan data.
    • Fannie Mae EarlyCheck: Loan-Level Results in the Services View displayed invalid underwriting element-related error messages.
    • Freddie Mac LPA:
      • TLTV, HTLTV: For loans with existing, resubordinated related loans entered in the Verification of Liabilities (VOL), this data was not being captured by LPA correctly and the TLTV and HTLTV were incorrect in the LPA feedback.

      • Alimony or Separate Maintenance Expense: Error messages displayed and the LPA results were not saved in the eFolder for loans with Alimony or Separate Maintenance Expense as Other Expense submissions to LPA.

    • Mortgage Insurance Service: Updated mapping for ApplicationTakenMethodType.
