What's in This Release

  • New Release Notes and Online Help: Introducing a new look and user experience for release notes and online Help
  • Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD): Export logic for Buydowns updated based on Contributor Type
  • Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD): Lock icon added to the HELOC Maximum Balance field for both the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac tabs of the ULDD/PDD input form
  • Rep and Warrant Tracker:
    • Mapping Updates supported on Encompass 20.1 and later versions
    • Save to eFolder button been added to the Rep and Warrant Tracker tool. Use this button to save a snapshot of the data in PDF format in the eFolder and send to an Investor or print out if needed
  • Fannie Mae Services:
    • ULDD Mapping Updates
    • ULDD/PDD Input Form Update: Related Loan Lien Position field added to the Fannie Mae tab of the ULDD/PDD input form
    • DU Mapping Update
  • Freddie Mac Services:
    • New LPA Batch Feature: Use this feature to submit up to 50 URLA 2020 loans to Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor from Encompass.
