What's in This Release

All Encompass updates apply to the Desktop Version only unless mentioned otherwise.

Highlights of this release include the following:

• Ginnie Mae PDD: New fields added to Ginnie Mae tab of the ULDD/PDD input form

• Services Password Manager: FHA Connection - Case View Findings now supported in the Services Password Manager

• Rep and Warrant Tracker (Desktop and Web Versions of Encompass): New fields added to the Rep & Warrant Tracker tool to support new appraisal options, credit, positive cash flow and positive rent payment history

• Fannie Mae (Web and Desktop Versions of Encompass): Credit provider updates

• Web Version of Encompass:

  • Freddie Mac LPA: LP Password field removed from the order window since this is no longer needed

  • Credit Provider Updates:

    • Credit provider Certified Credit Link, Inc. (1826) removed from the service provider list

    • New credit provider, Advantage Credit Bureau (powered by MeridianLink) (2301) now available

  • Fannie Mae Affiliated Credit Provider Updates: Fannie Mae Affiliate Code and related data removed from ACRANet credit provider

  • Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter Early Assessment Support: Ability to access Corelogic Credco, Factual Data by CBC, and Xactus Report credit details (credit history saves all credit orders, not the tri-merge report only)

• Encompass Developer Connect: 

  • Recall LPA Loan Assignment API - Request Parsing

  • Recall LPA Loan API - Response Parsing

• Encompass TPO Connect: Support Credit import for GETLPALoanAttachmentData API
