Details: New Fixed Issues page with the following AUS Data Discrepancy Alert entry:

Prior to this release, when Primary ARM loans with a Qual Rate were submitted to Fannie Mae DU/EarlyCheck or Freddie Mac LPA, an AUS Data Discrepancy alert fired. To fix the issue, logic has been updated to the following:

  • If field ID 1811 = "Primary" and field ID 1014 is 0 or blank,

  • Use field ID 1731 to compare with field ID AUS.X32

  • else use field ID 912 to compare with field ID AUS.X32

Workaround: The following workaround was available and will not be needed after this release:

  • Click the Cure Violation button in the AUS Data Discrepancy alert
