Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass GSE Integrations & Services is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Fixed Issues
AUS Discrepancy Alert Issue Addressed
(Added on 2/8/2024)
An issue occurred where the AUS Discrepancy Alert was firing in error for field IDs AUS.X11 (LTV) and AUS.X12 (CLTV) when using Desktop Underwriter (DU), EarlyCheck, or Loan Product Advisor (LPA) for underwriting. This has been fixed for both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac underwriting tools by updating the logic for these Encompass fields to pull from the MORNET.X75 (LTV) and MORNET.X76 (CLTV) fields respectively for DU and EarlyCheck and from CASASRN.X217 (LTV) and CASASRN.X218 (CLTV) for LPA.
