Support for Migration to Cloud-Based Service: Fannie Mae UCD Transfer, Fannie Mae UCD Collection Solution
Fannie Mae will be migrating the Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) environment from an on-premises application to the cloud. To maintain active integration with UCD during and after the cloud migration, ICE Mortgage Technology is updating their URLs, with this release, to successfully test UCD XML file submissions to UCD Collection Solution, ahead of Fannie Mae’s Jan. 19, 2024 deadline. Change Type: Updated entry Change Date: 01.19.2024 Details: The Freddie Mac ULDD Phase 4a: Mapping for New Data Points Sort IDs 620 & 621 | PartyRoleIdentifier & PartyRoleType (DocumentCustodian) Feature Enhancements entry was updated to indicate that the mapping will be available with the Encompass 24.1 Major Release, and not Encompass 23.3 January Service Pack Release (as mentioned earlier). The following note was added for guidance on how to leverage mapping for the fields prior to the Encompass 24.1 Major Release: Since these fields already exist in the Fannie Mae tab of the ULDD/PDD input form, you can avail of the mapping (prior to the Encompass 24.1 Major Release) by populating these fields in the Fannie Mae tab. |
