This section describes the issues fixed with this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass GSE Integrations & Services is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

Prior to this release, if there were three credit scores present on a loan, the average value of the three scores was being sent to the export file. This has been fixed so that the median value is now sent.

-
Experian/FICO - field ID 67
-
Trans Union / Empirica - field ID 1450
-
Equifax / BEACON - field ID 1414
-
If field ID ULDD.GNM.X1172 = FHA, VA or USDA Rural Development, following logic is implemented:
-
If all three credit score fields above are present for primary borrower, send the median value to CreditScoreValue
-
If two are present, send the lower value to CreditScoreValue
-
If one is present, send that value to CreditScoreValue
-
If no values are present, then export default value of '100' to CreditScoreValue
-
Or else if field ID ULDD.GNM.X1172 = Public and Indian Housing then send the default value of '200' to CreditScoreValue. If there are values in any of the credit score field IDs (67, 1450, and/or 1414), these are ignored and '200' is exported.
-
If field ID ULDD.GNM.X1172 is not selected, then do not send export anything to CreditScoreValue
