Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass GSE Integrations & Services is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
UCD
Phase 3A | Fannie 3657 and Freddie CRIT0250
Prior to this release, even though loan file collected escrows and completed the Aggregate Setup correctly, certain loan scenarios fired the following Phase 3A edits when submitting to Fannie Mae UCD Collection Solution or Freddie Mac Loan Closing Advisor:

This has been fixed so that the errors are no longer fired.
