GSE Integrations and Services 23.1 April Service Pack: Feature Enhancements
This section discusses the updates and enhancements to existing forms, features, services, settings, and mappings included in this release.
Ginnie Mae PDD (Beta)
The following new values have been added to the Suffix ID drop-down field in the Pool Export Details window to support PoolSuffixIdentifier values in the export file:

RG - Re-Performing Loan
The default value displayed in the Suffix ID drop-down field in the Pool Export Details window has also been updated from AF - Adjustable Rate Mortgage to SF - Single Family Fixed Rate since Single Family is most commonly used.
UCD Phase III
The following UCD Phase III mapping logic updates are included with this release:

With this release, the following errors will no longer display when PrepaidItemType of "PrepaidInterest" and PrepaidItemPerDiemAmount as "0.00" is sent (where there is no prepaid interest on the loan)

Prior to this release, when Loan Discount Points were entered manually on lines 802f-h of the 2015 Itemization input form and the dollar value is not equal to $0.00, corresponding percent value was not exported, and resulted in the following errors:

The FeeType is set to "LoanDiscountPoints" if you type "Loan Discount Points" into the Fee Description field 802f-802h (with or without spaces). Fee 802e will always be "LoanDiscountPoints"
ULAD Mapping Update
LPA ULAD export file updated to send only one current address if the property is identified as a rental, to help meet Freddie Mac requirements.
Logic update:

Under VOR, Borrower/CoBorrower may have multiple Current/Prior residences marked as Rent/Own/LivingRentFree. Prior to this release, multiple Current Rent residences were emitted. With this release, first/single Current Rent residence will be sent. Remaining Current/Prior residences (VOR) will continue to be exported as prior to this release.

The residences and residences detail containers may contain more than one current address. Only the first instance of residence will be considered and sent to LPA.

Prior residence details will continue to be sent as with earlier releases.
Credit Provider Updates
Support for new credit provider, Advantage Credit Bureau (powered by MeridianLink) is being added with release for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Services:

Prior to this release, on one instance of Encompass, when DU was run, the Summary of Findings (image below) did not display.
Upon saving the loan, the following error message displayed:
Starting with this release, if the DU process completes and the Summary of Findings is not displayed, a confirmation window (including tips for going to the eFolder to access the report) displays:
