GSE Integrations and Services 22.3 March Critical Patch: Fixed Issues

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass GSE Integrations & Services is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

ULAD: DU, LPA, iLAD

The GSE Integrations and Services 22.3 February Service Pack included SCIF field mappings to DU, LPA, and iLAD exports.

An issue occurred where DU/LPA/iLAD MISMO 3.4 files exported and then reimported into Encompass, resulted in the following fields either blanking out or being overwritten: URLA.X155, URLA.X161, URLA.X232, and URLA.X244

Each counseling event was mapped to more than one agency, and the fourth counseling event did not have any associated agency.

This has been fixed so that each counseling event is related to an agency.

  • Workaround: The following workaround was available and will not be needed after this release:

    • Manually update field IDs URLA.X155, URLA.X161, URLA.X232, and URLA.X244 with the correct information.
