GSE Integrations and Services 22.3 November Critical Patch: Fixed Issues

AUS Data Discrepancy Alerts for LTV, CLTV, TLTV, HCLTV triggered due to incorrect rounding of these values between Encompass and LPA.

For example: For a value such as 54.35540069686411,

• Encompass rounded to 54.355% and LP rounded to 54.35% (displayed in LPA findings)

• The 54.35% was then rounded to 54.350% (since Encompass rounds to 3 decimal values), creating a difference between LP/Encompass

• AUS Discrepancy alert was triggered

This issue has been fixed so that both Encompass and LP now round to 54.355%, and no discrepancy alerts are triggered.

Workaround (not needed after the release): To clear the alert:

1. Go to the alert and double-click it.

2. On the top right, select Cure Violation complete date check box, and click OK.

The following issues with the Underwriting Center (UWC) have been fixed with this release:

• Compare Prior Submissions: Rep and Warrant Summary Status pane in the Compare Prior Submission page displayed an incorrect 01/01/1901 Expiration Date. This has been fixed so that a dash (-) is now displayed for verifications without dates.

• AUS Tracking Tool: EarlyCheck Order History: EarlyCheck order history was removed from the AUS Tracking tool with the GSE Integrations & Services 22.3 Major Release but continued to display. This has been fixed so that after you place EarlyCheck orders, you can view the results and report details on the Services Landing Page (SLP) only.

Additional fields were being validated when loans were submitted to LQA. For a complete list of recommended fields, see the table below.

DO orders for FHA/VA loans were not returning the Findings text file. This has been fixed so that the response now returns UNDERWRITING_FINDINGS_XML file.

Re-issuing Credit through Funding Suite resulted in an Invalid or Null Reference Number error message. This has been fixed.
