Fixed Issues for Version 23.2
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred where a user (user A) with the "Manage Users" right from an active client could manage another user (user B) from an outside client. From user A's Admin Company tab, user A copied the link address for the Edit, Delete, or Move action, pasted it into their browser, and then changed the UserID in the URL (UserID=xxxxx) to user B's user ID.
-
If the Edit action was copied, user A opened user B's Update User page and could make changes.
-
If the Delete action was copied, user A deleted user B from the database.
-
If the Move action was copied, user A opened a Move User pop up window with user B's information and could assign user B to a branch outside user B's client.
In addition, user A could add their own users into other clients.
This issue has been resolved and when user A enters the UserID of user B in the Edit, Delete, or Move URL, an error "Insufficent user rights" is now displayed and user A cannot make changes to user B's information, delete user B from the database, or move user B to a branch outside of B's client.

An issue occurred where the yearly amounts on the Encompass Aggregate Escrow Account did not match the amounts in EPPS on the Property tab because EPPS does not support cents (e.g., $948 instead of $947.76). This issue has been resolved and the annual escrow calculations used by EPPS have been updated to make the EPPS annual amounts as close to Encompass as possible.
