Feature Enhancements in Version 23.1 April Service Pack 1

Based on recent internal security testing, ICE has identified certain areas requiring remediation. For EPPS, reCAPTCHA challenges on login pages are now required. As part of this change, the “Marketing” URLs (/default.aspx and /login.aspx) will now be redirected to the login page below, which will effectively remove the “Marketing” login page.

Freddie Mac will be releasing Special Pay Up base pricing for their agency programs in March 2023. To enable your users to use this new base pricing, a new Freddie Mac option will be added to the Investor Settings section on the Update Investor page.

This Freddie Mac option will be available in EPPS on April 13, 2023.

To Configure the Upcoming New Freddie Mac Option:

  1. Log into EPPS as a Client Admin.

  2. Select the Admin tab and then select Dashboard.

  3. Select either “FHLMC BE” or “FHLMC MAND” and then select Edit in the Actions column.

  4. In the Investor Settings section, select the Enable Cash Specified Pricing option to change your standard base pricing for Freddie Mac to use the special pay up pricing based on the loan amount.

  5. Select Save.
