Fixed Issues for Version 23.1
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred where the Prepay Penalty (field ID 2963) on the Encompass Lock Request Form was updated from “No” to “Yes” when a custom program with no prepay penalty was selected in EPPS and then Update Encompass was selected. This issue has been resolved and the correct Prepay Penalty value is now passed from EPPS to Encompass via the ICE Mortgage Technology Partner Network.

An issue occurred where an error message “A system error has occurred.” was displayed after Get Pricing was performed in Encompass, the loan failed qualification due to documentation requirement issues, the Documentation Type was changed/confirmed on the Finances tab, and then Next or Qualify was selected. This issue has been resolved and the Documentation Type can now be changed/confirmed without triggering an error.

An issue occurred where EPPS generated a message “There seems to be a problem!” or “Please enter Liquid Assets or zero for none.” when the amount in the Liquid Assets field on the Finances tab exceeded eight (8) digits. This issue has been resolved and the Liquid Assets field now accepts amounts over eight digits.
