Why we fixed this issue: This issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Unit Type and Unit Number Now Populates Property Tab When Get Pricing Run from Encompass
An issue occurred where if Get Buy Side Pricing or Get Sell Side Pricing was run from Encompass, and the subject property had a Unit Type and Unit Number, those values did not populate the Property tab in EPPS. This issue has been resolved and when Get Pricing is run, a subject property’s Unit Type and Unit Number now populates the Property tab.
