Fixed Issues for Version 21.3
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred where Investors that had been suspended were no longer displayed on the Client Dashboard. This issue has been resolved and Investors that have been suspended now remain displayed on the Client Dashboard as suspended investors.
This only happened to Investors that require credentials and when EPPS suspended the relationship.

An issue occurred where the Amount entered on the Encompass VOGG did not populate Gift Funds (and percentage not calculated) on the EPPS Finances tab when Get Pricing was performed.
This issue only occurred when the URLA 2020 was used.
This issue has been resolved and the Amount from the VOGG will now populate Gift Funds (and percentage calculated) on the Finances tab.

An issue occurred with the Escrow waiver flag in the Update Encompass Elements section of Settings. If that option was not selected, the Encompass Impounds Waived (field ID 2961) field on the Lock Request Form was set to “Waived” or “Blank”, and then a loan was priced using a program with an option of “Waive Escrows”, field ID 2961 was updated from “Waived” to “Not Waived” and the Impounds Required (field ID 2293) field on the Underwriter Summary was updated to “Not Waived” when the Update Encompass button was selected. This issue has been resolved and now when the Escrow waiver flag is not selected, neither field ID 2961 or field ID 2293 will be updated when the loan is priced and data is passed back to Encompass.
EPPS-30339

An issue occurred where if a loan for a second home/investment with a disposition of “Pending Sale” or “Sold” and the mortgage to be paid off was priced, that loan was categorized as a “Secondary Residence” on the Finances tab and its monthly mortgage payment was incorrectly added to the DTI. This issue has been resolved. A new condition has been added to EPPS where if the property is a second home/investment with a disposition of “Pending Sale” or “Sold”, it will be categorized as “Primary Pending Sale” on the Finances tab and its monthly mortgage payment will not be added to the DTI.
