Fixed Issues for Version 21.1 February Critical Patch 2
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Custom Program Management (CPM)
Available Options for Expressions Now Displayed on Condition Definition Page
An issue occurred where if certain Expressions on the Condition Definition page were selected, their list of available options was not displayed. The affected Expressions included BuydownType, Doc, Guideline, PPPDisp, ProducType, ProgramFlag, and ProgramType. This issue has been resolved and if one of the affected Expressions is selected, their available options are now displayed.
Available Options for Expressions Now Displayed on Matrix Definition Page
An issue occurred where if certain Expressions on the Matrix Definition page were selected, their list of available options was not displayed and instead an error was generated. The affected Expressions included BuydownType, Doc, Guideline, PPPDisp, ProducType, ProgramFlag, and ProgramType. This issue has been resolved and if one of the affected Expressions is selected, their available options are now displayed.

Rule Manager
Promoting Rules No Longer Generates an Error in the Rule Manager
An issue occurred when Rules were promoted in the Rule Manager. If a Rule was promoted, an error was generated, giving the impression that the promotion failed. However, the Rule Manager Versions page showed the Rule as successfully promoted. This issue has been resolved and an error is no longer generated when a Rule is promoted.
Additional Issues
New Encompass Total Other Income Amount Field Now Included in Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) Income Calculation
An issue occurred where the new Encompass Total Other Income Amount (field ID URLA.X44) field was not included in the EPPS income calculation. This issue has been resolved and the amount from the new field is now multiplied by a factor of 12 and then added to the Income section of EPPS.
Updated Rounding for Price Adjustments
An issue occurred where the rounding down of price adjustments was off by .001, which caused the price calculation to be incorrect. This issue has been resolved and price adjustments are now rounded to 3 decimal places before being added to the price calculation.
This issue was originally included in the EPPS 20.2 January Service Pack release notes.
EPPS Now Works with Most Recent Version of Google Chrome
An issue occurred with the most recent version of Google Chrome (88.0.4324.150) where pages in the Admin and CPM sections of EPPS were not refreshing properly. This issue has been resolved and EPPS now works with the most recent version of Google Chrome.
