Fixed Issues for Version 20.2
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Adjust RateMatrix SRP Now Applied Once to Base Price
An issue occurred where the Adjust RateMatrix SRP was both displayed in the Details grid and deducted from the base price. This issue has been resolved and the Adjust RateMatrix SRP is now displayed in the Details grid but only applied once to the base price.
Added New PUD-Attached Property Type to Property Tab
An issue occurred where EPPS priced all Attached PUDs as Townhomes. If the property in an Encompass loan was entered as an Attached PUD, and then that loan was priced via EPPS, “Townhome” was selected as the Property Type on the Property tab. This issue has been resolved and a new “PUD-Attached” Property Type has been added to the Property tab for Attached PUD properties.
No Credit Scores Check Box Now Remains Selected for No Credit Score Loans on Finances Tab When Get Sell Side Pricing Run from Encompass
An issue occurred where the No Credit Scores check box on the Finances tab was not selected when Get Sell Side Pricing was run from Encompass on loans with no credit scores. If one user ran Get Sell Side Pricing from Encompass on a loan with no credit scores, and then a different user logged into EPPS and viewed that loan, the No Credit Scores check box was not selected on the Finances tab. This issue has been resolved and the No Credit Scores check box now remains selected regardless of the user viewing the loan after Get Sell Side Pricing is run.
Search Feature on Company Page Now Returns Results When User Name Entered
An issue occurred where the Search feature on the Company page did not return results when a valid EPPS User Name was entered. This issue has been resolved and the Search feature now searches against First Names, Last Names, and User Names.
Rate Adjustments Now Mapped Correctly from EPPS to Encompass Secondary Lock Tool When Get Buy Side Pricing or Get Sell Side Pricing Run
An issue occurred where rate adjustments. from the fourth onward, were not mapped correctly from EPPS to the Encompass Secondary Lock Tool when Get Buy Side Pricing or Get Sell Side Pricing was run. This issue has been resolved and all rate adjustments are now correctly mapped from EPPS to the Secondary Lock Tool.
Override Target Options & Flags Check Box in Virtual Program Definition Now Functions Properly
An issue occurred where if the Override Target Options & Flags check box was enabled and a program flag or option was selected in a Virtual Program Definition, when the virtual program was enabled and promoted, that overridden program flag or option was not displayed on the General tab. This issue has been resolved and overridden program flags or options are now displayed on the General tab.
