Fixed Issues in 20.1 May Service Pack Release
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred where if the Flagged setting was enabled on the Settings page, no eligible loans were displayed for the Best Ex View on the Qualify tab. This issue has been resolved and when the Flagged setting is enabled, the Best Ex View now displays the relevant eligible loans.

An issue occurred where if a general rate alert was created, it was not triggered when a program with a lower rate or price was set. This issue has been resolved and general rate alerts now trigger properly.

An issue occurred where if a loan was created using Connect_API_SERVER/epps/v1/loanQualifier with the First Time Home Buyer check box selected, that check box was not selected on the Finances tab when the newly created loan was opened on the EPPS website. This issue has been resolved and if First Time Home Buyer is selected when the loan is created using the API, that check box is now selected in the loan on the EPPS website.
