Fixed Issues in 20.1 July Service Pack Release
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
MSR_SRP Adjustment Now Correctly Mapped to SRP from Investor Field in Encompass When Get Sell Side Pricing Submitted
An issue occurred where if a “MSR_SRP” adjustment was added to EPPS, a Get Pricing/Get Sell Side Pricing action was performed in Encompass, and then Encompass was updated, the adjustment was incorrectly mapped to the Base Sell Price section on the Secondary Lock Tool. This issue has been resolved and the adjustment is now correctly mapped to the SRP from Investor (field ID 2276) on the Secondary Lock Tool.
Investor for Rule Name and Investor Condition in Rule Definitions Now Match
An issue occurred where if a user selected “All” Investors on the Dashboard, cleared the Investors that should not be disabled, selected Disable Until Next Reprice, navigated to the Rule Manager, and then viewed a Rule Definition of an Investor selected on the Dashboard, the Investor for the Rule name and Investor condition did not match. This issue has been resolved and the Investor now matches between the Rule name and Investor condition.
