Feature Enhancements in 19.4 January Service Pack

BaseLoanAmount has been added to the SOAP response and Rest APIs for 1st Lien HELOCS where the Source Application is “TPO” to ensure the loan amount/max line is returned as BaseLoanAmount.

Fully Adjusted Margin has been added to the GetLoanPrograms web method output XML and the loanQualifier endpoint output schema.

Prior to this release, when the Effective Date on the General tab was modified for Get Buy Side transactions, EPPS ignored that Effective Date and instead used the date from when the loan was locked. Going forward, the Effective Date on the General tab will be used when qualifying Get Buy Side transactions.
