Fixed Issues for 19.4 February Service Pack
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Program Alias Field on Programs Page Now Functions Correctly
An issue occurred with the Program Alias field on the Programs page. If a string, separated by commas, was entered in a Program Alias field, and then saved, that string was displayed in multiple Program Alias fields, divided at the point of each comma. This resulted in the other program aliases being shifted down.
This issue has been resolved and the Program Alias field now functions correctly and provides one alias per field.
CLTV on USDA Loans Now Calculated Correctly on Qualify Tab
An issue occurred where for USDA loans, the CLTV displayed on the Qualify tab was incorrect because the system did not include the MIP in its calculation. This issue has been resolved and the CLTV calculation now includes the MIP.
LTV/CLTV on VA Cash Out Refinance Loans Now Calculated Correctly on Qualify Tab
An issue occurred where for VA Cash Out Refinance loans, the LTV/CLTV displayed on the Qualify tab were incorrect because the system did not include any financed MIP in its calculation. This issue has been resolved and the LTV/CLTV calculations now include financed MIP.
