Fixed Issues for August 2019 Service Pack
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

The following non-QM (Qualified Mortgage) data elements have been added to the EPPS APIs to enable non-QM loan programs to be returned in the Qualification results.
- No Credit Score
- DSCR
- Non-QM Doc Level
- BK Type
- NOD Type
In addition, the following validations have been implemented:
- The request is rejected when No Credit Score is ”True” and borrower credit scores are included in the payload.
- The request is rejected when No Credit Score is “False” and borrower credit scores are not included in the payload.
- If No Credit Score is not included in the payload, the No Credit Score is set to “True” when the credit scores for all borrowers are either zero or null.

An issue occurred with the CLTV calculation for sell side pricing requests. When a sell side pricing request on a locked loan with a subordinate HELOC was submitted via Encompass, EPPS was not including the Other HELOC Draws/Lines amount in the CLTV calculation. This issue has been resolved and the CLTV is now calculated correctly.

An issue occurred with Virtual Program lock period aliases on the Summary tab. When a Client used their own custom rate and lock period aliases were set in pre-qualification based on the Custom Investor lock period aliases, the Summary tab did not display the lock period aliases. This issue has been resolved and the lock period aliases are now displayed on the Summary tab.
