Fixed Issues for March 2019 Critical Patch 4
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred with the CLTV for 2nd lien HELOC loans in the Encompass Product & Pricing Service 18.4 release only. The CLTV on the Summary tab did not match the CLTV on the General and Qualify tabs. This issue has been resolved. The CLTV now matches on all three tabs and price adjustments are now applied based on the correct CLTV.

An issue occurred where the CLTV was incorrectly calculated for 1st lien government loans (FHA, VA, and USDA). The calculation was incorrectly using the HELOC Draw Balance. This issue has been resolved and the 1st lien CLTV calculation for government loans is now correct and uses the HELOC Credit Limit (not the HELOC Draw Balance).

An issue occurred when a user submitted a lock request with price table data, and then viewed the original submission a day (or more) after the request was submitted. The price tables on the loan cover sheet were blank or the message “No price table data for this loan” was displayed. This issue has been resolved and the loan cover sheet now retains the data for the price tables.
