Fixed Issue for April 2018 Critical Patch 1
Why we fixed this issue: This issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected.

In the EPPS 17.4 release, a feature that enforces password resets every 180 days was implemented. Users with a password expiring in 14 days receive a password reset email notification prompting them to reset their password.
An issue occurred with the password reset process. The large volume of password reset requests caused a conflict within EPPS and slowed down the pricing process. This issue has been resolved and the password reset process no longer impacts the pricing process.
