Feature Enhancements in December 2017 Critical Patch 2

The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) has published its loan limits for 2018. For 3,011 counties, the loan limits have increased due to changes in the housing pricing. The limits remain unchanged in 223 counties. There are no decreases to the limits in any counties EPPS has been updated to use the new 2018 FHA Loan Limits for loans with an effective date on or after midnight, January 1, 2018. For loans with an effective date prior to midnight, January 1, 2018, there are no changes.
