Feature Enhancements in December 2017 Critical Patch 1

For most areas in the U.S., the 2018 maximum loan limit for one unit properties has increased to $453,100 (from $424,100). The Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) has been updated to use the new 2018 Conforming Loan Limits to ensure eligibility and pricing are accurate.

For most areas in the U.S., the 2018 Conforming Loan Limits for high-cost areas has increased. The new ceiling loan limit, which applies in areas with the most expensive homes, will be $679,650 (150% of $453,100) for one unit properties in the contiguous U.S. EPPS has been updated to use the new 2018 Conforming Loan Limits to ensure eligibility and pricing are accurate.
