Error No Longer Generated When Manufactured Selected as Property Type on Property Tab
An issue occurred where an error was generated when a Property Type of “Manufactured” was selected on the EPPS Property tab and then Update Encompass was clicked. This issue has been resolved.

Credit and Discount Points Now Calculated Correctly for Second Mortgage Loans
An issue occurred where EPPS was calculating the credit and discount points for second mortgage loans based on the first mortgage balance. This issue has been resolved and the credit and discount points for second mortgage loans are now based on the second mortgage balance.
