Fixed Issues for Version 25.4 December Service Pack Critical Patch 1
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure ICE PPE is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE or Classic EPPS.
The following logic for field 737 has been modified to apply only to HELOC loan programs when field 2024 equals “Encompass Consumer Connect”.

If field 1724 equals “0” or is “NULL”, the value from field 737 will be used.

If field 1725 equals “0” or is “NULL”, the value from field 737 will be used.
In addition, field 2024 has been added to the Partner API and the ICE Mortgage Technology Partner Network.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred when a lock extension request failed. If the service order resulted in an error, the deserialization of the Comments section generated an error. This issue has been resolved. A deserialization error is no longer generated when a lock extension request failure results in an error.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred when a loan with the Loan Type of “Other” in Encompass was priced. ICE PPE did not honor the Encompass value of “Other” and instead populated the Standard Products section of the Encompass web interface Search page with the ICE PPE Standard Product default selections instead of "Non-QM". This issue has been resolved. ICE PPE honors the Encompass Loan Type of “Other”.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred when a default Lock Extension Policy Definition was not defined in ICE PPE. The system did not retrieve the policy from Encompass and resulted in:

An API failure during a lock extension request.

The Extension button being disabled.
This issue has been resolved. When a default Lock Extension Policy is not defined in ICE PPE, the system will retrieve the policy from Encompass.
