Fixed Issues for Version 25.3 Critical Patch 4

An issue occurred where the value in field NEWHUD.X1721 on the ATR/QM Management - Discount Points popup window was incorrectly displayed in price format for a Wholesale loan when Zero Based Par Pricing under the Product and Pricing setting was disabled for Wholesale and Auto-Lock was enabled.

This issue also occurred for a Retail loan when the Zero Based Par Pricing setting was disabled for Retail and Auto-Lock was enabled.

This issue has been resolved. If Zero Based Par Pricing is disabled for Retail/Wholesale loans, the value in field NEWHUD.X1721 will be displayed in points.

An issue occurred where the Loan Officer’s price was displayed when Get Sell Side Pricing was requested from the Secondary Registration screen. This issue has been resolved. When Get Sell Side Pricing is requested, the raw pricing will be displayed.

An issue occurred where the Display Description Only to Users with View Profit Margin rights checkbox on the Rule Definition page was enabled after a rule was saved even if the checkbox was disabled prior to the save.

This issue only applies to Tasks where the checkbox can be edited.

This issue has been resolved. If the checkbox is disabled, it now remains disabled after the rule is saved.

An issue occurred when using the ICE PPE integration to price a loan. The Buy Side Pricing displayed a Profit Margin adjustment and included it in the Final Price on the Secondary Registration tool, while the Sell Side Pricing did not display the adjustment but included it in the Final Price. This issue has been resolved. If Profitability adjustments are not displayed for Sell Side Pricing, those adjustments will not be included in the Sell Side Final Price.

An issue occurred where the pricing for the Loan Officer who created a loan was displayed when a Secondary user requested Get Buy Side Pricing and Get Sell Side Pricing on the same loan. This issue has been resolved. When a Secondary user requests Gets Buy Side Pricing and Get Sell Side Pricing, their pricing is now displayed.

When running Get Sell Side Pricing, all Profitability adjustments will be offset so the Base Buy Price and the Base Sell Price will match.

An issue occurred where the Lock Status on the informational banner did not display the correct lock status when the loan was priced via the ICE PPE integration from the Encompass desktop interface. This issue has been resolved. The Lock Status logic has been updated to ensure the correct lock status is displayed and that the status matches between the Encompass desktop interface and the Encompass web interface.

An issue occurred where the best pricing for a given Target Rate/Target Price on the Results page was not always displayed at the top and users needed to scroll through the page to find the best result. This issue has been resolved. The sorting of Products on the Results page has been updated as follows to enable users to quickly and easily determine the best pricing for a given Target Rate/Target Price.

• 100 Base - Target Rate/Target Price

• The lowest rate will be displayed at the top.

• If there are duplicates of the same rate, the highest price will be displayed first.

• Zero Base - Target Rate

• The lowest rate will be displayed at the top.

• If there are duplicates of the same rate, the lowest price will be displayed first.

• Zero Base - Target Price

• The lowest rate will be displayed at the top.

• If there are duplicates of the same rate, the closest to the target price will be displayed first.
