Fixed Issues for Version 25.1 Critical Patch 1

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure ICE PPE is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Total Loan Amount Now Calculated Correctly
An issue occurred where the Total Loan Amount calculation was incorrect for FHA loans. When the loan amount was calculated, the UFMIP Financed value was added to the calculation. This issue has been resolved and the Total Loan Amount calculation is now calculated correctly.
UFMIP Paid in Cash and UFMIP Financed Amount Fields Now Mapped from Encompass to ICE PPE Correctly
An issue occurred where the field mapping of the UFMIP Paid in Cash and UFMIP Financed Amount from Encompass to ICE PPE was incorrect. The Paid in Cash amount in ICE PPE was always “$0” and the Financed Amount was equal to the “Total UFMIP Amount”. This issue has been resolved. The UFMIP Paid in Cash amount is now identical in Encompass and ICE PPE and the UFMIP Financed Amount is the Total Amount - Paid in Cash.
