Feature Enhancements in Version 24.3 February Service Pack

This section discusses the updates and enhancements to existing forms, features, services, or settings that are provided in this release.

Updates to the ICE PPE Workflow

Currently in Encompass, the Buy Side Price and Sell Side Price Analyzers are not always accessible (e.g., when lock is revised). Going forward, the price analyzers will always be accessible.

You must have the Access to Price Analyzer user right enabled to access the price analyzers.

Currently in Encompass, when a lock is successfully validated a prompt is displayed which enables you to either “Close ICE PPE” or “Go to Sell Side”. Going forward, the button to “Go to Sell Side” will no longer be available.

Updates to ICE PPE

Loan Officer NMLS ID

A new NMLS ID field has been added to the Update User page.

  • Field is optional.

  • The default value is NULL.

EPPS-75162

A new NMLSIDLO expression has been added to the Condition, Matrix, and Rate Matrix definitions. NMLSIDLO is the NMLS ID of the User associated with the loan which is retrieved from the User's profile.

A new NMLS ID condition has been added to the Rule Manager. NMLS ID is the NMLS ID of the User associated with the loan which is retrieved from the User's profile.

Additional Enhancement

A new Batch Update Link has been added to the Company tab.

When the link is selected, the User Batch Update page is opened.

Using the User Batch Update, you can add/edit the NMLS ID or Comp Tier for multiple users in the same Office all at once.

To Perform a Batch Update:

  1. From the Office dropdown field, select an Office.

  • All users from the selected Office is displayed.

  1. From the Parameter dropdown field, select either "NMLS ID" or "Comp Tier".

  2. Depending on the Parameter selected, the Parameter field in the grid is either a text field (NMLS ID) or a single select dropdown field (Comp Tier).

  3. Make your additions/changes to the appropriate users.

  4. Select Save.
