Fixed Issues for Version 24.2
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred where the Waive Escrows product option was not cleared on the General tab after a loan was priced in EPPS using a program that supported that option, the Impounds Required (field ID 2293) field in the loan was changed to “Not Waived”, and then the price was validated in Encompass. This issue has been resolved and the current value in Encompass will now be retrieved for the Interest Only, Waive Escrows, and 40 Year Amortization product options. All other product options will be retrieved from the loan snapshot.

An issue occurred where the Documentation Type (field ID 2867) was returned as NULL from EPPS after Get Buy Side Pricing was selected in Encompass. This issue has been resolved and the Documentation Type remains from the Program selected in EPPS after Get Buy Side Pricing is selected in Encompass.
EPPS-65191

An issue occurred where a system error was generated when the Estimated Closing Costs for APR Calculation setting (Admin>Settings>Estimated Closing Costs) was set to a value that was close to a loan’s amount (e.g., $39,000 closing cost value and $40,000 loan amount) and then a qualification was performed for that loan. This issue has been resolved and the loan now qualifies as expected.

An issue occurred where a standard product’s value in the Eligibility REST API payload was not passed to the same loan in EPPS. For example, if “Non-QM” was set in the payload and then the same loan was opened in EPPS, the “Non-QM” standard product was not selected on the General tab. This issue has been resolved and the standard product value in the payload is now passed to the loan EPPS.
