Fixed Issues for November 2019 Service Pack
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred where if a loan was priced using Encompass TPO Connect, the Program displayed on the qualification results in the Encompass eFolder did not match the Loan Program displayed on the Lock Request Form. This issue has been resolved and the Virtual Program name is now displayed on the qualification results in the eFolder and the Lock Request Form.

An issue occurred when Encompass passed a “0” Initial Draw amount for a 2nd lien HELOC loan to the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS). If the Initial Draw was “0” in Encompass, the Loan Amount/Initial Draw was blank on the General tab and the system generated a “There seems to be a problem! Loan Amount/Initial draw must be completed.” error message. This issue has been resolved and when Encompass passes “0” for the Initial Draw, EPPS now sets the Loan Amount/Initial Draw to “0”.

An issue occurred where the Community/Affordable Second check box on the General tab was cleared when Get Sell Side Pricing was selected in Encompass. This issue has been resolved and the Community/Affordable Second check box now remains selected when getting sell side pricing.
