My Loans

Use the My Loans tab to view your existing loans; create, import, and delete loans; and request rate locks for your loans. Loans are assigned one of the statuses below:

  • Prospect - Information is entered, but no qualified program is selected
  • Qualified - A qualified program is available
  • Submitted - A qualified program and rate are selected and the loan is ready for underwriting
  • Workout - The loan did not qualify but was submitted to the workout desk
  • Lock Requested -A rate lock has been requested
  • Locked - The rate has been locked
  • Rate Alert Set - A rate alert has been set and the loan is being monitored
  • Alert Triggered - A rate alert has been triggered based on the alert criteria

ClosedOpen a loan

  • Click an entry in the Borrower column
  • If the loan has a status of Prospect or Qualified, the General tab from the Create a new loan will open.
  • If the loan has any other status, the Loan Cover sheet will open to display loan and pricing information.

ClosedCreate a new Loan

  1. Click Create new loan.
  2. Complete the loan and borrower information on the General, Borrower, Finances, and Property tabs.
  • You must provide the required information on each tab before moving to the next tab.
  1. When you complete the Property tab, click Next or Qualify.

ClosedImport a Fannie Mae 3.2 or Calyx borrower loan file

  1. Click Import Loan.
  2. When the Import a Loan File window opens, click Browse.
  3. Navigate to the loan file, click Open, and then click Submit.
  4. The loan will open on the General tab.

ClosedSearch for a loan

  1. To search for a loan based on the Borrower name, enter a full or partial search term in the field and then click Search to view loans with a Borrower name that matches or contains the search term.
  2. When the list of users displays, click the user name, or click edit in the Action column.

ClosedDelete a loan

  • The deleteoption is available for loans with a status of the Prospect or Qualified.

ClosedSubmit or update a lock request

  1. In the Action column, click request lock or update.
  • The request lock option is available for loans with a status or Submitted or Workout.
  • The update option is available for loans with the status of Locked or Lock Requested.
  1. On the Lock Request window, click the link to view the original submission.
  2. Select an option from the New Status list.

Select the no charge option to enter a comment without changing the status of the loan.

  1. Enter comments if needed.
  2. By default, the Send notification email checkbox is selected, and an email will be sent to the lock desk. Clear the checkbox to disable the email notification.
  3. When finished, click Submit.

ClosedView or update a rate alert

  • For a loan with a status of Rate Alert Set or Alert Triggered, click the Alarm Clock icon in the Action column to view or edit the rate alert.
