When using Encompass 20.2 or later versions and working in a loan using the URLA 2020 forms, you can now enter foreign addresses on various input forms for addresses that could possibly be outside the United States, for example the mailing address for a borrower who currently lives in a foreign country or the address of an employer located outside the United States. As a result, documents provided via the Encompass Docs Solution are in the process of being updated.

To understand which forms have been updated for Foreign Address Support, please review the “Foreign Address Support Planned Forms List” document, which lists the form and accompanying targeted release schedule.

Should a client have previously implemented custom code onto a document to change how an address is applied, and they want Foreign Address support added to their customization, please submit an EDS Change Request Form to the Docs Support team.

The Foreign Address Support Planned Forms List will be updated regularly and can be revisited at any time to obtain the ongoing status of these form updates.
