Feature Enhancements
This section discusses the updates and enhancements to existing features, or settings that are provided in this release.
Milestone Marketing
Starting with this release, Encompass CRM administrators can assign marketing email templates for different loan purposes, on the same milestone. The Milestone Marketing setting has been updated to support this feature.
To assign email templates per milestone and loan purpose:
- Log in as an administrator.
- Click Site Admin, and then click Milestone Marketing.
- On the Milestone Templates List page, click a milestone.
- On the Milestone Template page, click the Edit button.
- Go to the milestone you want to edit and in the Action on Start or Action on Completion column, click the + icon.
- Click the All selected button to view available loan purposes associated with the milestone.
All loan purposes are selected by default.
- Select the Select All check box to clear the selections, and then select the loan purpose for which you want to send the communication (at that milestone).
- Click outside the Loan Purpose drop-down list for your selection to display.
- From the Select Action and Select Template drop-down fields, select the action and the email template that will be used to send the email.
- Click the + icon to add actions and templates for additional loan purposes.
This enables you to add marketing email templates for different loan purposes, on the same milestone.
- Click Save.
Campaign Management
Encompass CRM administrators now have the ability to delete targeted campaigns.
To delete a campaign:
- Click Site Admin, and then click Configure Campaigns.
- Click the campaign you want to delete.
- Click the Delete button.
- In the confirmation window, click OK.
Encompass Sync
The Encompass CRM 20.1 June Service Pack Release introduced the ability for admins to map Encompass fields to Encompass CRM fields. With this release, new URLA fields have been added to the mapping
To view the new URLA fields added to the Encompass/Encompass CRM field mapping:
- Log into Encompass CRM as an administrator.
- Click Site Admin and then click LOS Setting.
- Go to the Encompass Data Mapping panel.
- View the new URLA fields listed in the Encompass URLA Field Name column.
- Click the Prospect tab to view mapped prospect-related URLA fields.
Hotlist Settings
Summary Emails have been removed from Hotlist Settings enabling you to better manage your daily Hotlist Notifications. Hotlist Settings for notifications now displays a Receive daily Hotlist detail notification setting only.
Existing configurations for daily Hotlist summary notifications have been moved to the daily Hotlist detail notification setting, consolidating your notifications in one setting.
This update has been applied to Hotlist Settings in the following admin-related areas of the application:
- Hotlist Home> My Settings
- Site Admin> Users> Edit User> Hotlist Settings
