Self-Serve Report privileges updated so that only Encompass CRM Company Admins can now access and run the following Self-Serve Reports:

  • Undeliverable

  • Unsubscribe

  • Survey

New Documentation

New documentation to be provided and Admin Guide to be updated to include data points and calculations for Equity and Principle Triggers, closer to the release.
