UX Updates

Updated branding with new Encompass CRM logo and updated copyright information across the product and online help portal.

ECRME-13372

Alert message displayed, when an admin updates their Encompass field mapping prompting them to also update their Encompass Reporting Database configuration, now includes a link to detailed instructions.

Deprecation

MS Word will no longer be supported starting with the Encompass CRM 23.2 Release. As a result, MS Word will no longer be displayed as an option in areas of the application such as generate Letter Sent.

Licenses

Encompass CRM administrators can now use the License count on User settings page to track your license seat count vs the number of active users. If you need additional seats/licenses, contact your Encompass CRM Client Success Manager.
