Encompass CRM 23.3 January Critical Patch: Fixed Issues

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass CRM is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Issues Resolved with This Release
The following issues were fixed with this release:

Batch Removal: Records from batch could not be deleted for a specific batch session ID.

Campaigns:

Assignment: Birthday Campaign could not be assigned after updating its Marketing Automation Rules (MAR). To fix the issue, the campaign assignment has been removed with this release.

Send: Campaign was successfully assigned but did not send to all the records. To fix the issue, configuration for Windows TaskScheduler updated to ensure jobs continue to execute.

For all the above issues, Campaign Delivery has been enhanced with decreased batch processing size, additional error logging, and configuration updates for schedule batched jobs to prevent batches from getting stuck.
