Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass CRM is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

Multiple (duplicate) emails were sent to the same borrower

Newsletter approval email sent after campaign was disabled

Email address could not be opted-in for an instance

Advanced Search: Selecting multiple Loan Officers and scrolling down the list to select an LO, results in auto-scrolling back to the top of the list. Starting with this release, after performing an Advanced Search, you need to click the Clear All button before initiating a new search.

Encompass Sync: Deleted records reappeared after a few days

Rates: Error displayed when working on Closing Fees field unless page was refreshed
