Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass CRM is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Issues Resolved with This Release
The following issues were fixed with this release:

Special Characters in Email Addresses: Emails with special characters were removed during Opt-Out processing. This has been fixed so that all emails (including ones with special characters) are now logged for Opt-Out.

Hotlist Notifications: Some users were not receiving Hotlist notifications. This was mostly an intermittent issue during spikes in CPU time when generating the Hotlist.
