Encompass CRM 21.2 August Service Pack: Feature Enhancements
This section discusses the updates and enhancements to existing features, or settings that are provided in this release.
Hotlist
This enables users and admins to assign targeted campaigns, premium emails, and recurring campaigns to records that qualify for hotlist triggers.
- Log in as an administrator.
- Click Site Admin, and then click Marketing Automation Rules.
- On the Marketing Automation Rules page, click the Create Rules button.
- Click the + Assign records that match the following criteria drop-down to display the criteria.
- Click the Close Date drop-down field.
- Click the Hotlist drop-down and select a value.
- Select a value from the > drop-down field.
- Click inside the blank field to display the calendar, and then select a date.
- From the Campaign Name field, select a value from the drop-down list.

In the Rule Name field, type a name for the Marketing Automation Rule.

Click the Save & Apply Rules button.
This update removes duplicate settings on the Hotlist Settings and Marketing Automation Rules setting pages, and consolidates all automation-related settings within Marketing Automation Rules.
Prior to this release, Hotlist Settings page included automated settings for sending newsletters and campaign assignment.
With this release, My Automated Settings has been updated to only include Marketing Automation Rules, with the removed settings consolidated within the Marketing Automation Rules setting.
If you had existing configurations in My Automated Settings prior to this release, they have been migrated to the Marketing Automation Rules setting to ensure a seamless transition.
- Log into Encompass CRM.
- Click My Settings to display the My Hotlist Settings page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the My Hotlist Settings page to view the Automated Settings panel.
