Welcome to Encompass Appraisal Center

The Encompass Appraisal Center provides the preferred method for receiving electronic appraisal orders from your clients who use Encompass as their loan origination system. Encompass users prefer to order appraisals electronically through the Encompass Appraisal Center since it is quick, easy, and compliant.

Using the Encompass Appraisal Center you can:

• Receive electronic orders from your clients who use Encompass
• Display your company name inside Encompass
• Advertise your services, pricing, and approved lenders in a full page Profile
• Send automatic status updates to your clients when you accept, schedule, and deliver orders
• Electronically send your final appraisal into your client's loan file

This online help system provides comprehensive Encompass Appraisal Center information, including detailed descriptions of features and tools, and step-by-step instructions. If you need assistance using the Encompass Appraisal Center, click the Help link in the upper-right corner of any Encompass Appraisal Center page.

Note: The latest version and the preceding version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer web browsers are supported for use with the Encompass Appraisal Center. (For example, when the latest version of Internet Explorer is version 11, the preceding version is version 10.) Feedback regarding a functional issue or an issue related to the user interface when using a supported version of one of these browsers is welcome. Please submit a support case to provide feedback.

Note: In order for the Appraisal Center to be compatible with Internet Explorer active scripting must be enabled in the Internet Options tool within Internet Explorer. For step-by-step instructions, see Compatibility with Internet Explorer.
